Data base of Resident's Welfare Associations (RWAs) in the Central, Southern and Eastern states of India (Region 2)

We need data base of RWAs (Resident’s welfare associations) from 12 states of Central, Southern and Eastern India. The states are: 1. Madhya Pradesh 2. Maharashtra 3. Goa 4. Orrisa 5. West Bengal 6. Assam 7. Andhra Pradesh 8. Telangana 9. Karnataka 10. Tamil Nadu 11. Kerala Data shall consist the following: - Name of the RWA. - Full address of RWA. - Landline Phone number or contact number of RWA office - Name of representative of the RWA - Email of RWA (All 5 fields are MANDATORY) The data has to be provided as per the attached format. Payment and other terms: INR 2.5 per entry (per complete RWA contact, as per the terms and attached format). Minimum 1000 entries should be there for making the payment. Maximum 15000 entries. The data will be re-checked for its authenticity via calling before making the payment. The work will need following actions: collecting the data from the Internet, from concerned government authorities, from own network, from private companies, from other than above mentioned sources. Later, the Freelancer will need to contact via calling each and every phone number and confirm the name and contact details of the representative of the RWA. The representative can only be any one of the following: President, Vice – president, Secretary or Treasurer of the given RWA. The project will be ongoing and will have a milestone of reaching every 1000 contacts. The freelancer will have to submit 1000 contacts every time and he will get the payment for those contacts at the rate of INR 2.5 per contact and he will continue working on the next lot. The payment will be released only after cross-checking the provided data by us with in four days of submission of the data. On provision of first 5000 contacts (in five lots of 1000 each) the Freelancer will get a bonus of INR 2500. Same bonus will be paid on the provision of next 5000 contacts. So the effective rate of each contact with the bonus will be INR 3 (Three rupees each). Cold calling the data base to optimize it and to ensure the authenticity of the data is an integral part of the job. PEOPLE WHO CANNOT CALL, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY / BID FOR THE PROJECT. People who apply for the job without reading it will not be entertained. Only those freelancers who will write “I will Call” in their bid / proposal will be entertained. Also, data from states other than mentioned above will also not be considered for the payment.
