Fix site that runs on Cake

Hi Guys, i need someone who has experience with CakePHP and Nginx Site not working properly and since my developer is busy at the moment, i need for someone to fix it soon, please check this URL [login to view URL] I'm having problem with images not being loaded not sure if its due to cache engine and fix the site load issue, make it load faster in any means possible.
