I need a simple windows desktop touch screen app with the following features The user can take a selfie using the camera and can do graffiti on the picture, color it and add props The picture appears on the left half of the app screen and the right half shows 3 boxes where the user can input a number Then the final layout could be printed or sent to the user social media platforms I will need an other version of the app without the selfie option The app should be in (English and Arabic languages) The graphics will be provided
