Visual Stuido Project, Database creating and coding ( Please read the info)

i am looking for a coder to help make the program below. [login to view URL] *Download link to program below* https://launchpad.net/pigeonplanner/3.6/3.6.1/+download/[login to view URL] I suggest that you download the program from the above link, and check out how the program works and functions so that you know what sort of program im looking to make, i would like mine to be more advanced. in the program you can store racing pigeons data, race results, medication, ect ect i have started work on the UI and layout in visual studio 2017, i need someone to create the database's, and then code them into the program, and have a fully working program, this will be an on going program that will need updates over time and fixes if needed. i have uploaded the UI i have made so far, so you can dowload it and have a look at it. would need to understand my task in hand and understand english so that we can communicate properly. Milstones will be set At £40 a task, and wil be released once the task is completed and i have tested it to make sure it working correctly and the way i want.
