Solution GUI - open to bidding

Hello ehsankayani, Attached is a GUI I would like you to create in c sharp. Very easy to start with, to test your compatibility. All code must be commented! This is very important for understanding. This can not fail, or task incomplete. Comment any loops! Comment if anything is private, public and reason why. Comment more than necessary, if in doubt comment. Style of buttons is not important, just be consistent. Bonus will be paid for good looking GUI. Stop after two hours work and email me result, your comments and questions. If task is complete more tasks will be sent through. If task is unsatisfactory task will be stopped and payment made. If task is done above standard, bonus will be paid. If task is too short for hour. Write a txt document including guidance and glossary of terms, links and names. All buttons must work, i.e. lead you through to another form. Buttons must be greyed out if not applicable, i.e. sign out can't be live if no one is signed in. The buttons, if needed, must be linked to sql data. Please provide this and a short guide in txt file how to implement it. i.e. sign in. Use your imagination of selecting dates, features, etc. Sliders, tick boxes, drop down lists. Any figures, graphs, tables should be linked to sql table or image in folder. A description of where this image should be for it to work should be included.
