I need a exe that will be ran as a batch job. It will query a URL for a list of links and download the files indicated by these links. Batch job is to be written as a command line interface using c#. program to take in at least 2 arguments, the URL location to get the list of links and a path argument to copy the files to. Program is to use the credential of the account running the batch job to access the URL and the files as these will be protected by IIS using NTLM authentication. program will be on .Net 4.5 and must not reference any third party dll for example html agility pack. Files that needs to be download can potentially be 6GB in size for a single file. No development environment will be provided
