Algorithmic Trading - Electron Desktop Application [KnockOut, TypeScript]

We are looking for an experienced, talented engineer to help us build an electron application for use with LEAN our open- source project. LEAN is an open source algorithmic trading engine which allows anyone to design and trade algorithms locally on their PC. It is the technology which powers our website https://www.quantconnect.com. QuantConnect is powered by an open source community has 2000 followers and 80+ contributors from all over the world. The LEAN technology powers the QuantConnect website -- serving 70,000 engineers globally. You can see more about it here: [login to view URL] The Electron desktop application will stream data from a C# application (LEAN) to draw the charts. It should support taking streams from multiple LEAN instances to support users who are running multiple backtests simultaneously. We have made a scaffold of the project, receiving data from another application - and putting that data into an HTML5 view. Now we need to get it ready for shipping! Experience required: HTML5, CSS, JS-Charting Libraries KnockOut, TypeScript, C# or C++, Local/Named Sockets, ***ELECTRON***, scripting. We'll need to automate the deployment process; experience with scripting and producing installable Electron applications a plus. This will probably be a long-term project, likely will be maintaining the project via paid work in the open source.
