Integrate Single Page Application Web site to Azure and Active Directory

I have a web site based on a Single Page Application concept using MVVM model. The web site is running in Microsoft Azure. (this already exist and is setup) The project needs to incorporate security into the web application using Azure Active Directory. I use the following technologies: Visual Studio 2013 as my dev platform Durandal/Knockout for the web pages Breeze/EntityFramework/MS SQL Server for the data Web API 2.0 (in conjuction with Breeze) The application bootstraps with a single html web page. I do not use MVC. I will need role based authentication based on the latest MS Active Directory functionality. How do we set this up in Azure? How do I incorporate this into the SPA javascript code / libraries? How do I link user roles to my SPA code? For the application I will need the standard login, change password. I will also need to secure all access to the Web API and Web pages based on roles (read only, update, etc) I will also have a separate admin console (this is a separate web site) for creating maintaining users and roles, reseting password, etc. I want to use the new features available in Azure AD like two factor authentication. I have in depth knowledge of the application since I am the main designer/programmer of this application. I have a good understanding of security but lack experience in securing this type of application (i.e. SPA Website with wep api). I need this to be delivered ASAP. You must also be available to skype to explain the solution and to work with me to incorporate into the current application. NOTE: If you do not know security, please do not bid.
