Automated HFT FX trading

I have several low latency high frequency trading systems/strategies I would like developed. This will require connection to a moderate amount of brokerages through APIs (FIX, .Net, MT4 etc) simultaneously. APIs will be provided for brokers. Trade strategies would be implemented through a scalable, low latency multi-threading application with comprehensive order management and reporting i.e. one series/basket of trades can cover multiple brokers simultaneously so exit and management is crucial. At the moment system will be software based but may move to hardware solution (FGPA) in the future. Previous experience in trading applications and API interfaces is essential. Would prefer to deal with a corporation or a senior software engineer(s).
