World of Warcraft Emulator

Hello, This is a very serious job and may take a few months. What I'm looking for is a C++ scripted World of Warcraft emulator. There are already some out there such as "WoWemu" or "Mangos." But I want one developed for my website personally. It should be similar to "JWoW" and "RunWoW" where it can hold up to at least 500 - 1000 players without crashing, and a great uptime. With this serious kind of emulator also comes serious hard cash. I'm willing to pay up to $3,000 for this kind of emulator ONLY scripted for me, and not available to anyone else.
