Hello Programmers, I have a comma delimited excel file which contains approx 70,000 records. The file has 16 columns and each column has its respective values. The data seems to be messed up in the file which means that some records that belong to one column are in another column and so on. I need someone to take a look at the file, figure out where the problem is and then write a script/program which will fix the records. It's a simple project. All records must to be in order which means that all values should be in their respective columns. For example, if a value belongs to column 10 then it should be in column 10 not column 12. I will send you the excel file containing the data upon request. Thank you.
