Stand-alone PHP/Apache/MySQL Launcher for OS X 10.4/10.5

I've written a program in PHP/MySQL that will run locally on a client's computer. Here's what I need to have happen: Client unpacks folder contents they've downloaded from my website onto their Mac OSX 10.4 OR 10.5 OS. Client clicks on (1) custom icon. (2) This (in the background - unknowingly to the client) starts php / mysql / apache and launches web browser with specified URL (http://localhost:8888/).
