Restaurant management software

I want a restaurant management System (software), which will be full detailed. The special feature is that i want to upload its day's db (new entries) on a server, from where another computer can download and see the new entries of the day (i'll provide the web hosting server) I also want the source files(with as many comments as possible) and the copyrights. I want it to be developed in java or flash(if flash i want some impressive motion), or in .NET, if there is a good excuse Bids around 100$ are seriously considered. Thank you
