Architectural REDESIGN of existing building space - REQUIRED IN 5 DAYS MAX

1. Update floor plans using measurements provided for new walls, stair location and window placement, and provide the floorplans for each level and elevations as amended in PDF and CDW format. 2. Require a fully detailed floorplan for the existing building to include the following: - bedroom and bathroom design to fit within existing wall placements - furniture placement for reference - large communal area with kitchen (suitable for commercial use), including kitchen design - basement bar/dining/kitchen - for restaurant/bar use, including kitchen and bar design - all plumbing fixtures and electrical locations (lighting, sockets etc) should be included in the floorplan 3. Exterior design and material requirements Two alternative siding designs - need to consider budgetary factors when considering design, installation, materials plus a detailed schedule of materials required for purchasing - one as per remit provided, as detailed by client - one as per your design, based on sample designs provided by client, found here: [login to view URL] 4. produce a 3D walkthrough of the final design plan, either using sketchup or an alternative that can be used with occulus. Freelancer must have the following experience: - licensed architect - knowledge of IBC and NFPA codes, and all designs must be fully code compliant with regards to egress and fire safety - experience with Sketchup - ability to produce a VR walkthrough on Sketchup (to be used with Sketchup/another with Occulus) AVAILABLE DOCUMENTS: - DWG files of building (may need some minor amendments - details provided) - Sketchup of building (may need some minor amendments for sizes and location of doors/windows/pipes) - All available documents can be viewed here:[login to view URL]!AjOC0Tw3zOvfo_s-oPjibVtDC9KQCA?e=s7YXGg - A couple of documents have been uploaded for an overview of the project - Can provide a live or videoed walk around of the building with selected freelancer on Zoom. Please provide 3 samples of similar work, detailing original layouts designed by you (not merely developed from someone else’s design idea), external siding/rendering design details and a Sketchup plan.
