Transfer UV map with different topology in Blender

Hi, I am looking for someone whom is an expert in Blender to help me fix an issue with my own project. I have a high poly mesh exported from Marvelous Designer. I have a low poly mesh retopolgised in Blender using Quad Remesher. I would like to transfer the original UVs from the high poly mesh back to the low poly one. I have already tried adding a Data Transfer modifier to the low poly mesh using: Either the welded or unwelded version of the high poly mesh as the Source (personally found the unwelded version gives better results). Face Corner Data checked, UVs, with Mapping set to "Nearest Fact Interpolated" This gives pretty good results except for some face tearing in the UVs. I am looking for someone to explain what I am doing wrong.
