We are a boutique design firm (custom homes) and I am looking for someone to build an interior Sketchup Model + 2 to 3 renders (in Podium or other) + 360 Panorama for Cardboard VR (in Podium or other) for a Living Room & adjacent Hall design, about 1,000 Square Feet / 100 Square Meters. The style is traditional American farm house (decorative crown molding, base, door trims, furniture etc.) I will provide an Autocad DWG floor plan and detailed interior elevations, including molding profiles, as well as some photos of the style for reference. I can also convert to Sketchup if needed. I would like to receive the Sketchup SKP model file, 2-3 still render views, and a 360 Pano render suitable for Cardboard VR. I prefer Sketchup over 3DS Max because I have Sketchup and not 3DS Max software, and my client wants to do "live walkthroughs' with me. I would like to the work to be complete by November 11 if possible. Please include a link to your portfolio. I'm looking for someone experienced with realistic daylighting, which is important to our client. Thank you!
