Edit my .dwg files to a UK Planning Pre application

I have the full set of .dwg files for a site. I need to show a simple outline of the change of layout i intend making to change an office block to 6 flats.
Further work could follow , like the actual application plans and the build plans.
Ideally you should understand the attached room sizes measurements.
Be advised i want the pre app to only show one 2 bed and 2 x 1 beds on each floor (if need be wasting space so it does NOT look like it could be a 2 bed! as per my very poor drawings shown in the existing floor plans.
