I'm in need of a skilled and experienced artist to create a colour sketch style render of an architectural design. The main purpose of this render is for design visualization, so attention to detail and a strong ability to capture the essence of the design is essential.

Key Details:
- Style: Colour Sketch
- View: Exterior only
- Purpose: Design visualization
- Skills: Proficiency in architectural drawing, texturing, and rendering software. Previous work samples in this style would be highly preferable.
- Building Materials: Black Feather edge cladding, red clay peg tiles, black aluminium windows and Doors, Black Facias.
Landscape: Gravel drive, grass, wildflower, Post/rail fencing, Mature trees etc.

Please keep in mind that the end result should be a vivid and artistic representation of the design. This project would suit a freelancer with a strong architectural visualization background. I look forward to seeing your portfolios and discussing this exciting project further.
