I'm looking for someone to draft this house in AutoCad and to then render it in Sketchup. In AutoCAD, it must show the contours, elevations, side views, and floor plans, and structural; what it takes to submit for building permitting. In SketchUp, the layers must be broken apart to show structural components. Attached is the rough mockups of what I'm looking to have done. Basic Structural details (reference by page) Global - Framing: Advanced framing 2x6. - Exterior Footprint: 40x100 - Room Dimensions: Reference the attached screenshot photo that shows dimensions. Exterior - Roof Material: Metal - Standing Seam - Roof Material Color: Light Gray/Silver Metallic - Exterior Cladding: Wood Vertical (Reference attach photo) - Exterior Door Material: Metal - Exterior Door color: Black - Exterior Door Size: 36" - Exterior Window Trim: Black - Garage door Material: Metal - Garage door Material Color: Black - Soffit Material: Metal - Soffit Material Color: Black - Rain gutter Material: Metal - Rain gutter Material Color: Black Interior - Wall: Drywall - Color: White - Interior Doors 36" - Interior Doors Material: Wood solid - Interior Floors: Wood (Reference attach photo) - Cabinets: Black (Reference attach photo but in black) - Trim: White (Reference attach photo) - Countertop Material: Stone - Countertop Material Color: Granite Gray (Reference attach photo) - Toilets, sinks, and tubs Material Color: White Page 1 of PDF (First floor) - Ceilings: 9 ft. - Ceilings Main area(Kitchen, living, and dining room area): Vaulted (Scissor Truss) - - Vaulted Ceiling material: Cedar Planking(Reference attach photo) - Ceilings West Side and East side: Flat (Common Truss) - - Flat Ceiling Material: Drywall Page 2 of PDF (Basement) - Ceilings: 10 ft. - Walls: Concrete - Western side of the house is Elevation and Contours - Northern side to eastern side of the house is built into a hill with a 8:1 slope. - Southern side of the house is built into a hill with a 4:1 slope - Western side of the house is a driveway - From driveway, concrete walk way up to 12x80 ft patio 5 ft wide. Retaining wall along driveway. with walkway about 10 ft from garage door. - Patio: Full length of the house - minus ~20 ft on the western side to account for the concrete stairway up to it.
