Blueprints and Elevations

We are adding an addition onto our existing home. I have the design, but I need someone to figure out how the roof can connect to our existing roof and draw everything up, complete with elevations for the framers. I'm attaching the general design in jpg form and a jpg showing where the existing house meets the expansion, along with the Google Maps view of the existing house. I have additional details like the foundation plans as well as window details, but I'm not sure how much to specify here.
