Looking For Experienced Music Producer To Create Full Fledged and Polished Songs! -- 4

Hi, I am looking for a very experienced producer/musician to create full polished songs. These songs are for personal use and I am not sure what I would do with them but I would possibly post them on sound cloud or release them with a company etc.... There will be an IP agreement to be signed as well from freelancer to further the fact of who the song belongs too. I dont know how many songs in total I am looking to do and it depends on your expertise, I say this as I am looking to do songs in all genres, from Rock, Hard Rock, Metal, Pop, Ballads, Slow songs, even classical and some other genres that i am not listing or have a weird category. I will say for sure however I Hate today popuplar music and would not do techno sound effects only crap, though the right amount used in a legitimate instrumental song can sound great. So depending on your expertise I may hire multiple freelancers for different genres depending on many factors. What I would want to receive: - A zip file containing all the necessities of the song which would include- an mp3 of the song, the project file of the song ( i am aware some ppl may use different daws), A separate folder in the zip containg all audio recordings of instruments if there are any- also a list of midi instruments used and where to get them. As well as anything else I may be missing. This is so that if I need to make small edits to the song I can do so with having it replicated 100 percent on my end, and also add the lyrics to the song which I would do myself. Notes of Process- so before starting each song I would explain everything I can about the song. However a lot of creativity will be needed on both ends. I would mention the genre of music, give some example of other songs and bands for how I want the song to feel/sound like, effects etc... And perhaps even a melody from the song. If I have it for some songs I would, I would send a melody I made up myself or a roff I came up with anf wrote down that I would want to be part of the song etc... There is more to it of course and whoever I work with I would love it if you had a form of calling in place, wether it is with discord or skype etc... some way to call to talk and of course must speak proper English (or french if some can) to speak.
