Find a Record and Booking deal for a Band

Hello, The italian electro-rock band i manage is looking for a good distribution and booking deal. They are pretty known inside the italian borders in the underground music scene and are played yet a couple of gigs in Uk and Germany and now they're out with their first album. I'm the manager planning and managing them here in Italy but due the kind of music they play, i'm pretty sure they deserve the chanche to be well known outside the italian borders and of course with a lot of gigs. What i'm looking is someone can find (or even let them sign) representative, manager, PR Agent or someone who has an inside knowledge of the music industry who will contact some major international record labels and booking agencies and get their track signed and planning an european/world tour. If someone it's interested to be a fixed manager, after this project we can discuss it. For all the Biders over there start the discussion with the word CRYSAND (the name of the band,you can easily find on reverbnation,facebook or googling) and PLEASE don't post any facebook,twitter,youtube promotion. We don't need this at the moment, maybe next time.
