I require a very simple web application to be built which will allow data entry into an existing database. There will be two pages which map directly to two tables in the database. The web app is to be built using ASP.NET (C#) and SQL Server Express is used for the database. Please find attached a specification for the site and also a backup of the database. Idealy we are looking to start using this application next week.
