200035 Project 5 - students performnc

Hello, This is another final year project. here i need a ASP based web project, its for parents can monitor students school performance, (but not a learning system) this web maintaining by school management, the teachers will update their students daily/weekly/monthly/tearmly/yearly progresses and comments. so parents can get the accurate level of their child. -am not going to host this system, -so pls develop this system compatible with localhost IIS server.(win xp pro) -and the database backend is MS SQL 2000.(or 2005) -report creating function is also required. -parent,student, teacher and overall admin panel login required, with different policies(permissions). -well commented code, for complete description of the project, check the attachment file. feel free to ask any question about this project. just PM me, am waiting for a lower bid.
