467281 ASP.NET MVC - Long Term Web Site Development

Hello, We are software and Internet development company located in Israel. We look for ASP.NET programmer for long term relationship for developing websites. The project in scope is a dynamic web site including a main site, management system and mini-sites. It is a website of a philanthropic organization that gather many other organizations. Each of the organizations can open a mini-site inside the main site of the father organization, have its own calender, album, etc. We plan to outsource this project entirely, however, we would probably divide the work to several mini-projects. First mini-project will be: receiving a Photoshop PSD file of the main page and converting it into a working HTML by cutting out the appropriate graphical slices and adding javascript menus if required.
