Please turn my Illustration into an Interactive Design Tool!

Hello! I work in Adobe Illustrator and would like someone to take a template that I create (I can create all the buttons, layout, graphics, etc.) and make it do what I want it to do in Flash or Flex. I need to be able to upload the application to my website for my clients to use. I would like it to be a simple design tool for my clients that will create printable .pdf files. Some of the functions it will need to have: *Change the Page Size from a dropdown list and/or enter in their own dimensions --NOTE--the drawing board needs to be about 1/8 inch larger around, so the client can create a full bleed design. A line (like on my drawing) indicates where the actual cut line is, and the printable PDF file needs to eliminate the cut line so it does not print. *Change to Landcape or Portrait *Choose a background or Upload a background *Add a shape (rectangle/square, rounded rectangle/square, Circle/Oval, etc.) *Change Colors of any item on the screen *Add a line of text or text area *Change color, size, style, alignment of text *Object selection tool (multiple objects need to be selectable with SHIFT key) and scaling ability *Vertical & Horizontal alignment of Objects *bring object to front tool *Upload and image *Upload a photo *Crop tool (rectangle/square) *Crop to shape (this would be a bonus!!!!!) *Opacity/Fade slider/control of selected items *A zoom in/out would be a bonus *A preview button that shows the final product & has our watermark so files are not printable at home The tool needs to calculate & automatically update the price based on paper size, paper stock selection, extra add-ons like Rounded Corners, die-cut shape, etc. When design is finished, customer needs to enter an email address and be able to see a total price, and hit "submit". We need a printable, to size, .pdf file that will be saved and either emailed to our printing email address or saved into a folder on our server. In the future, we may want to build an ecommerce site around this tool with the shopping cart plugged in, so they can order straight from the application but we are not currently in a position to do that. However, feel free to include your charges for a complete ecommerce site built around this application in a PM or etcetera. Thank you for your time!
