120428 Upload files through browser

I need to be able to upload files through a web browser from any browser (safari, explorer, firefox, etc...) I currently have one on our website but it does not work all the time. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I need it to work 100% of the time. I've been told that it could only be done on .asp. Is it possible to do it on php? The file size will be anywhere from 1 meg to 100 megs. Here is an example of one that works. [login to view URL] Please let me know.
