Wine show entry system including payments

An annual regional wine show needs an online entry system that stores Entrant and Entries into a database and also handles payments. The show is based on classes, where a Class is based on variety and vintage. An Entrant will typically have more than one Entry, and each Entry is a single wine in a single Class. If eligible, a wine can be entered in more that one Class, so Entry rather than wine is the database entity. The entry fee depends on the Class. The number of Entries will be less than 500 each year. The number of bottles to be delivered for judging also depends on the Class. I will provide a preliminary database schema. The solution should be available for testing by 17 October 2016. From the perspective of an Entrant, an 'entry' is a transaction with one or more Entries and a calculated total entry fee. The 'entry' is only valid after payment is received. A variety of payment methods would be good, and if they include direct debit a reference number is needed so payments can be tracked. Once an Entrant has created login details (email based), they should be able to come back and add entries. The entry fee would need to be recalculated and any prior payments considered. The Entrant details should be persisted and lost password functionality provided for use in future years. A csv file of entries produce after the closing date is needed. Administrator(s) access is required and an administrator report, including payments should also be included. As well as acknowledgement of payment, the Entrant should get a pick list of the bottles that need to be sent, a document describing other requirements like shipping time frames and an address label. These should be provided by email. It would be useful if the address label included the entrant name and provision for hand labelling e.g. 1 of 3. It would be nice to check that the entries are valid for the class. It may be possible to use the same validity rules for class selection options, rather than after the fact error checking. I assume a CMS combined with an e-commerce add-on will be the most cost effective solution. It is also probable that the contents of the current web site will be transferred across to the new environment.
