I am a self-taught home cook and cake artist. My hobbies include several forms of artistic expression such as photography, watercolor painting, repurposing furniture and all aspects of design from household to food. I love to prepare all types of food and photograph the finished dish. My main focus has been cakes, professionally but I am slowly shifting to main dishes and appetizers. I would like to start writing about the foods I love to make and share the different flavors that I discover along the way. My goal would be to prepare and photograph a selected recipe as well as write the article describing the origin of the dish and preparation techniques.
