Remodeling air pump to arduino.

I have purchase air pump. But that is not made with arduino. They provide 2 remote controller because for forgot(But the 2 remote controller design and function and whole absolutly same each other). Remote Controller is not WIFI or Bluetooth. I do not know what is that exactly. The wireless remote controller is exist On/Off button. When press On button Air pump is intake the air. There is air pressor so they can measure maximum air pumping. so air pump is stop himself when reach maximum. And Press OFF button, air container valve is open so air is release(Collected air from intake air pumping). <- This is Original version description. <What i want is.....> Add new 1 remote controller. for change ON button function. I want to make new remote controller ON button is just pumping 5~10% of maximum air pumping. and maintain original remote controller (ON button : intake air pumping maximum)
