Hi, I was thinking about making a similar device for fun some time ago, but I didn't ever proceed because of the burden of making the PCBs and so on. If you're willing to pay the expenses for the two PCBs (I'm thinking about a remote station and a local receiver with a screen where the coordinates are displayed) and the parts I will realize a couple of them, one couple I'll keep and one I'll send you. If you agree let me know and I'll evaluate the expenses precisely, however I suppose that the PCBs, components, delivery (delivery... that's expensive...) should be well within 250$. I've experience in arduino and gps also, so i think i can done this. First i need to know what kind arduino and gps that you use, since i think both item mostly typical. You just need only gps coordinates? Is communication line of sight? What interval that data being send to base station?
