Small Cent Os Daemon

I need a small cent os daemon that has only two features 1. listen on multiple ports I define in /etc/blackhole Ports=1,2,3,4,5 it will listen on those 5 ports, and if it receives any connections to those ports it will blacklist the ip address in the iptables or ipchains which ever one is installed. The ip that is being block will no longer be able to communication with the server 2. Have a whitelisted ip's feature that is wildcard base Whitelist = 192.168.1.* This will whitelist ip's 192.168.1.1-255 3. Have a wipe port feature if any connection are made to this port it wipes the ipchain table for that one ip WipePort=23942 This will remove the ip from being blocked
