Short video /animation

I am looking to create a short (2-3 minute ) video that can be used to inform new residents about the care we provide in our childrens care home. I envisage recording video footage from past and current residents to be used as well as from staff. The recordings can be done by ourselves but will be on smart devices. The information will include what their daily routine will be ,the general house rules , the activites they can partake in and information about the areas around the homes and local transport information. The whole look and feel should be aimed at the children who want to gather information in a language that is easy to understand and fun. Humour and Art are good ways to engage new placements so want to make it quirky but informative and interesting. At the moment we have a welcome guide a document that is used for this affect but want to make it more interactive so could be video and animation.
