Small timer application for IOS/Android

Please note, since the turning off device from code is a very risky and possibly harmful it could be not possible from security reasons. I.d. it is blocked from Android OS. But I can implement a timer and after that a notification sound will be played and a special dialog will be opened to offer to a user shutting the device down.
