Flutter custom app

We are looking for a capable team to deliver a turnkey app made in flutter. The app is a mix between alarm clock, instagram story feed and domotic integration. Stories are fed to the user as a media presentation (pictures, texts, video) making extensive use of animations for all the elements, team should be able to handle very polished app style and animations. App should use firebase ML vision library or similar to detect facial expression from users. We will provide an API for the content feed. There is a requirement to integrate some functions with alexa/google home/home assistant (start routines or get status of a device). Its NOT a front end app, there ar many custom coding requirements both in visual, logic, API and library use. We need a experienced team working with best practices, clean code, documentation, good communication and management to deliver a turnkey solution. Project should be ready to be maintained and updated by any team, although we consider to use the same dev team to do it after completion.
