Flutter app that use the accelerometer and gps of ios and Android

Create a mobile app with flutter that can use the accelerometer and a-gps/gps of ios and android devices. The app has to store locally and sync on a remote db (Mysql) the address of the home of the user (identified by an auto-generated unique id) and check if the user is going out of his home (+/- 30 mt). The user can add also a Workplace that has to track how long time is staying there. Once the user is out of his home, The accelerometer has to monitor if he is moving (by tracking how long the user is moving) all around on feet. The movement has to be reported in the local db and remote db saved under a table with unique user id with the following scenario: - from when he went out, how log he stayed out and moved (specify if the user was on his workplace) - if possible, intercept if the user is going into a public place (type of place according google maps) A front end dashboard for the user has to show: - Date - Time out of home (if the day is ongoing, live updates) - Intercepted public places recognized by the maps (e.g. Mall, stores, bar, restaurant etc etc) Pleasse contact me if additional info are required
