Build an android/IOS app

Need to build an andriod/IOS apps multiplatform (in English & Arabic Language) as below: 1- Skectch / Draw an image from scratch or from given samples. 2- Create a game from the drawn image by pixels. It is more than just a game. It is a graphical programming environment where kids can create games and animations using drag-and-drop programming events. 3- The user can match the drawing with 10 selected games (Will provide them later) from ( [login to view URL]). It is fun and easy to use. The app should includes the option to share their games and creations online, so you can also play lots of free games at the site. Creating a level is a simple four steps process: - draw - upload (import & scanning options) - design - play & share * Game to be restricted with 1 free drawing/game per day for one user. * Plans for paid games to be as follows: 4 games per month subscription ( 1$) 10 games per month subscription ( 2$) 100 games per month subscription ( 10$) Unlimitied games (VIP User) per month subscription ( 50$) * User friendly interface with nice design ( Can be changed by me anytime) * Must contain a database for registering new users (email verification), including cellphone registration. * Invite to friend give him a 2 days gift free access for user (maximum 5 drawings). * Share through facebook give him 5 days access for user (maximum 5 drawings). * To include google ads payments for every step from the four steps ( draw- upload - design- play & share) * Name of the app: to be given later * Final Code to be given to me at the end of the project * Developer to chat with me regarding any extra data needed or modifications (English Speaker)
