Using PhoneGap or similar app development framework... & Scrapy or similar web scrapping tools...Need Android and IOS news aggregator apps with following features: Ref: news.g#[login to view URL] (remove # to read correctly) Todo: User facing apps with admin interface with following key features: Admin Interface: Scrap: - scrap news every few seconds for defined phrases from goog#le news. - store them in temporary categorized database and show them in admin interface category wise. Select: - Admin has option to select and recategorise news. - selected news items show up in user interface category wise ..as well as posted on social media handles. rest of the messages discarded. Category and Scraping management: - Add remove update categories and scrapping urls (ability to update if go#ogle news algorithm updates.) User interface: - Category wise listing of top 5 news items with options of more....(more interface displays top 10 stories). (both categories and news items Auto promoted based on user clicks/ likes/ social shares) News item structure - image, title, brief, source, date/time (t#weet format / go#ogle news format) - Social sharing option for each news item (should auto include relevent hashtags besides my app name). - notifications of news updates after defined gap Database - Scrapped news category wise along with date/time entry - Selected (filtered) news - Categories (search phrases) - Scrapping URLs Will give you about 20 pre-defined categories which should be part of the launch. Setup the server with database and scrapping engine. Launch the working apps on google play store and app store. To be given: server as per your specs, developer certificates, search phrases (categories), app name Deliverables: working apps binaries, server setups with well documented source code and setup/ usage instructions Process: - Get logo, wireframes and database structures approved - get screen UI designs approved - deliver the results - we test and verify for simulation of 1000 concurrent viewers and confirm. Summary: Apps have only 2-3 simple interface. scraping is a simple todo...so, Need somebody really expert and experienced at this who can finish the whole thing in 2-3 days...Guranteed 5/5 for reasonable job.
