Android Developer is required for counseling / Solution

I am looking for an expert who can guide me / help me / suggest me for the issues in my android app. For example at the moment I am facing an issue regarding playing a remote video. Whenever I play a remote video then it takes too much time to play. It downloads/ buffer first completely and then it play. So in that case if video is long then it will take too much time.
