Advertisment homepage solution

Looking for someone to make a complete homepage for advertising. Will choose someone that has an existing advertisement project up and running as an example to show, changes will most probably need to be made but a good and easy to upgrade base to work on is very important. Administrative tools have to be very easy to use and have full capability to work with database solutions. Must work very well with advertisement like google ads All variables must be very easy to change to use the same template for several different homepages. Don’t know much about web design but quality is something I don’t have a problem with seeing Sorry if my description is bad but someone that have done something similar will probably understand what I’m looking for.
