Advance Programmer to Config HTML 5

I am looking for skill programming to connect our new HTML 5 template to the backend MySQL database and carefully remove the old HTML files from the FTP. The new HTML 5 version is compatible with Desktop Version, Mobile and Tablet. To fix SQL error message and connection to the back-end database following HTML 5 migration.
