Hello I am a commercial real estate agent, I am looking for someone who is good in general admin and excel/data entry to help me on long term basis, i.e. virtual assistant. I would pay weekly or monthly.

 Job scope:
 1. data entry - property listings sent by landlord needs to be putted into a web based database
2. handling my emails, giving me notifications 
2. arranging viewing appointments through emails 
3. search online web portals for properties matching my client's needs
 4. post advertisements with pictures (I will provide) of my property on online portals
 5. consolidate client email addresses, sending emails to clients using mailchimp
 6. compile and prepare viewing summary reports (pictures, floor plans provided)
 7. Simple editing of property photos in macbook PHOTO app
