Hello accounting professionals!
I’m looking for a skilled and experienced accountant or bookkeeper to work with me 1-on-1 with amortization of a 15-year fixed rate loan that has come to maturity and ended but need to update it accurately in Excel Spreadsheet to be easily understand and accuracy of the accounting. So, I am seeking a detail-oriented accountant to assist in managing the accounting aspects of our HELOC 15-year fixed-rate loan.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle the accounting procedures related to our Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) with a 15-year fixed and at 10.5 interest rate.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions associated with the HELOC and to be professionally done in Excel spreadsheet and then transferred to PDF and be printable and readable to show the correct and accurate proof of payments.
• Collaborate with me to generate relevant financial reports and statements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in accounting, preferably with expertise in handling HELOC transactions.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
