Using a case study entitled "CHICKEN RUN-THE POULTRY SUPPLY CHAIN" to answer the following Supply Chain Strategy and Sustainability assignment questions: 1) Discussing and concluding Lean and Agile approach in its supply chain- (300 words) 2) Discussing the feasibility, benefit and disadvantages of using the 3 possible decoupling points (CODPs) -(750 words) 3) Discussing the implications for the supply chain planning and how to the agility of the process could improve to respond to the Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) demand data. -(450 words). This is a postgraduate assignment and high quality of work is expected. Referencing and citation is to be the Harvard standard. Books and Articles from the following authors are much preferred: Dr Heather Skipworth (Logistics Management and strategy , Competing through Supply Chain), Martin Christopher (Logistics and supply chain management), Van Weele (Purchasing and Supply Chain Management), Nigel Slack (Operations Management), Lee (Lean and Agile,2004), Fisher (Lean and Agile,1997), Olhger (Customer Order Decoupling Point, 2012) and others.
