Looking for somebody to install Vbulletin and do implex import

I have unsuccessfully tried to install vbulletin onto my website. I used to have a phbb forum at the url [login to view URL] I then installed a vbulletin forum at [login to view URL] (not wanting to overwrite the original forum in case I messed it up). After doing the implex import I managed to import all the posts and contacts. Unfortunately a lot of the contacts I had imported had been previously deactivated and then became activated during the import. The new forum was filled up with spam and I didn't know how to fix it. Now for some reason both of the forums aren't working or showing up at all. I think it might have something do to with the style sheet. I ultimately need somebody to import the posts and 'active' members of my old forum onto vbulletin. The url I want to use is [login to view URL] I don't want spam accounts active. Can anybody help with this?
