DATA MINER NEEDED ASAP!!

I am the managing partner of a boutique accounting firm in New York specializing in the design and construction industry in the Northeast and Southeastern United States. We are about to launch a new marketing campaign and I am seeking a data miner that that can create a contact list comprising of engineering and construction management firms located in New York, Miami, and Orlando. I am seeking the following types of engineering firms: Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. The term Construction Management is specific enough and does not require further elaboration. The list should be created in Excel and should contain the following fields: Company Name Address City State Zip Code Phone Number Website Address If during your mining a website cannot be found for a company then that company should NOT be included on the list. The number of companies I need, based on the aforementioned parameters, are the following: 500 - New York 250 - Miami* 250 - Orlando* *If while searching for Miami you cannot find a total of 250, then feel free to search in Fort Lauderdale to complete the 250. *If while searching for Orlando you cannot find a total of 250, then feel free to search in Tampa to complete the 250. I do not seek a specific amount of any type of engineering or construction management firm. Any combination will suffice as long as I have exact amounts in the specific cities above.
