Microsoft, Windows, Servers, VMware, Cisco, and other leading technologies. Log into help desk and process requests. Technical support for Windows environment. Maintaining and deploying desktop and network hardware & software. Require knowledge- TCP/IP, DNS and internet technologies, Windows XP & Windows 7, VMWare Required Education- A+ Certification and/or Associates degree in computer science or related field or sufficient work experience or interest. Several positions available, remote or local, 5 hr/week, on call 24x7. Time is applied as on call basis for requests completed. For local need to be able to reach Tulsa local area customer sites in 15 to 45 minutes.
