Hello, I am an electronics and communication engineer. I have good experience of Image and speech processing. I generally work on Open-cv Python or Matlab. your requirement is to filter out images with some similar pattern. If the patterns are simple (like specific shape or color) it can be hard coded with opencv . but if your patterns are complex(like difference between orange and apple ) you need machine learning... I can do both the types. Please discuss the details and please send some sample images.
