Matlab: Calculating Optimized Square with least square error from corner points

Hey, im looking for a freelancer who is familiar with matlab and algorithm and mathematical development in matlab. The szenario: There are corner-points of a square given. For Example 3 Datapoints (X/Y) per corner of the square. The program has to calculate the optimal square with least square error from corner points. The Datapoints and the optimized square have to be ploted as well. Limitations: no additional toolbox is necessary. attached you will find two generic examples (1 point per corner / 3 points per corner). The program has to be proper documented.
