Please read it carefully. It's a simple task.
I need a matlab programmer to work on ECG signal processing. He just have to perform the followings:
Two segmentation of a ECG signal should be done [Eps(P-S segment) and Esp(S-P segment) respectively] where the peak detection code will be provided by me. You just have to add your work with that code.
Rps=(Dps / Dpp)* Rpp
Rsp=(Dsp / Dpp)* Rpp
Rpp= Rps+Rsp
Here, Rpp is the complete(P-P) resampling rate, Rps is the resampling rate of PS segment,Rsp is the resampling rate of SP segment. Dps, Dpp,Dsp are the medium duration of P-S, P-P and S-P [login to view URL] them you have to calculate resampling rate of a whole P-P segment.
Pm(t)=A0+A1*t+A2*(t^2)+...+Am(t^m)
Here m=3 for cubic sp line interpolation.
Where ‘max’ and ‘min’ are maximum and minimum amplitudes of concatenated heartbeats ( eps⊕esp) .
Then you just have to match your re-sampled signal with the signals of your testing signals (say about 20 records of PTBDB.) and calculate error rate.
